| New Property Management Company Announced |

Buckinham Estates recently engaged Sentry as our new Property Management company (contact details below). Sentry has a website (log in at http://www.smartstreet.org/login.asp) but we are continuing to support the Buckinghamestates.net site (this site) until the Sentry site is more fully populated with content. If you need assistance with registering at the Sentry site, please contact them using the contact details below.

Home Alarm Monitoring
For the benefit of anyone who may not be aware, home alarm monitoring is available to all Buckingham Estates residents free of charge through Devcon Alarm Monitoring. If you would prefer to use an outside source such as Brinks or ADP you are welcome to do so at your expense. It should be noted that your current home alarm system wiring may have to be modified to be able to use this service. This would be at your expense.
